The staff/all the people working there are extremely friendly and very helpful! To an extent that really is exceptional. They took very good care of me and made sure I am fine. Very attentive. They assisted me with a lot of things (finding shops, buying train tickets, suggesting me other properties for the places I was going to visit...) The property is located in a very quiet part of Varanasi which can be good if you want to avoid the crazy hustle. You do need to take some form of transportation to go to the ghats or the inner city though as it's quite far for walking. But if you value great service and kind people, this is the place for you.

I would like to thank the host for his help, he took care of me. He bought medicine for stomach pain. Thanks to him I am healthy. This is the greatest help. Food was really good. Location is 3km away from the ghats, so it’s near enough and not as crazy as the ghat part is. Hotel staff is very kind, and they offered us tours. Even if you don’t a tour with them, they kindly help you taking a rickshaw or a taxi. Bed was comfortable. Room was big, check in and check out was easy. Definitely I would choose this hotel if going again to Varanasi.
