The location is really good, it's 5 to 10 mnts walk and u r near the shopping areas and food The staff are really nice and helpful, we felt home always asking us if we need anything and to be safe ❤️ The continental breakfast was nice, the pastries was soooo fresh, the coffee was really good the ambiance is l9vely and cozy

Everything is good but I would just emphasize the staff - they go above and beyond to help, which is not very usual for these busy city places.

This is my new favorite London hotel.

Situated in the West End of London, just a few minutes walk to Covent Garden Piazza and Charing Cross station, the hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. La ubicación es genial ya que puedes llegar caminando a la mayoría de las principales atracciones de Londres. El desayuno básicamente no hay. El personal muy atento. The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks. The staff was helpful and friendly during every interaction. You can't ask for a better location if you want to be near the Palace, yet also shop and eat with ease. Also, room size was quite appropriate for European travel expectations. Let's put it this way ... If my teenage daughter raved about it, it has to be GREAT!

El mundialmente famoso Savoy Hotel fue inaugurado en 1889 y está ubicado a orillas del río Támesis, a menos de 5 minutos a pie del Museo Británico y del teatro Royal Opera House. El hotel y la ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca de todo y muy accesible. La calidad del hotel es impresionante, el restaurante es excelente. Comimos lomo Wellington que es exquisito. El desayuno es abundante y de calidad. Los empleados muy amables y predispuestos. Muy recomendable.

This is undoubtedly a must whenever you want to stay in London. Special note to the entire staff, Antonio and Connor, with whom I interacted most of my stay, who made this a fantastic journey! Despite the airline losing my luggage, they were always worried and attentive to help me.
