The staff was very friendly. The hotel itself and the room looks very luxurious. Even tho it was an older hotel (which we really liked!), it was clean and taken care of. The hotel is located near a bus station and also a underground station, so it was really easy to move from point a to point b.

In London's Little Venice, Europa House offers 14 spacious apartments in a regency townhouse, with three acres of private gardens. The location is super close to two Tube stations, coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. The beds are comfy and apartment is super spacious. We were on the first floor apartment and could hear people outside (kids playing, people talking as they walk by, cars passing by), but it’s a quiet neighborhood, so it wasn’t bothersome. Our itinerary took an unexpected turn, and we were able to seamlessly extend our stay - it’s the off-season, so peak season might be more difficult, but the office staff were great.

We easily settled. The property located in a premium area. Quiet place, 5 min walking distance to Maide Vale station. There are 3 bright bedrooms which really made our stay comfortable. The apartment is well equipped. The host is also a very caring and helpful person which I appreciated.
