The check-in was fast and smooth. Rooms were big and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking was an advantage. City is accessible via train /bus and is around 30 mins away. Travel card provided was useful.

We had cancellation with our flight and the staff make sure that we had everything needed for our stay, Knowing that we will be arriving after checkin time hours.
