The room was amazing ( we were upgraded for the second time ) and room was ready 2 hrs early which is always good . Massage in the Mandara spa was exceptional.the two girls were very professional and very friendly. The cocktails in the eve were amazing and a brilliant bar man . Breakfast very tasty as always . Overall first class in everything .

I had a room with a view of the Thames River and that was great. The room was large with ample space for all my stuff. Breakfast was very good, nice selection of breads and pastries and eggs, bacon, sausage and omelets. Check in was great and staff are friendly and efficient. Concierge was very helpful.
